2. This website

This website collects no personal data. It has no forms, no analytics, no tracking technologies and loads no third-party resources.

Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, including IP addresses, for a short period for security and operational purposes.

3. Email contact

When you email us, we process your name, email address and the contents of your message in order to answer you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us.

We keep such correspondence only as long as needed to handle the matter and to meet any legal retention obligation.

4. Services we operate

Each service operated by Förborg AB has its own privacy notice, which names Förborg AB as controller and describes the processing carried out in that service.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data and to request rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interest, and request data portability where applicable.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@forborg.com. We respond within 30 days, as required by the GDPR.

6. Complaints

If you believe we process your personal data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).
